Founded by Ken Toblesky and Steven Green, Toblesky-Green Architects Inc. has over 40 years of combined experience in residential and commercial architecture. The expertise of this firm begins with the client design team and culminates with approved construction documents, administration and coordination during construction.
Over the past two decades the founders have been instrumental in leading project teams that have set the bar in value oriented and well designed projects. As the lead professional, all aspects of consultant coordination were their responsibility. Attention to detail, ability to identify potential conflicts early in the process, along with the communication skill to quickly and effectively resolve those issues, are just a few of the traits that set them apart from other architectural firms. In addition, the important aspects of being on time and on budget have always been integral to their success.
Ken Toblesky and Steve Green have the ability to work with building officials to achieve the most favorable interpretations of the building code as they relate to each individual project. The success of this process has prompted area home builders to seek their services for quality control reviews of projects designed by other firms.
Their combined portfolio of projects include the design of thousands of homes, condominiums, and apartments. These projects range from single story homes to four story apartment buildings. Over forty automotive facilities have been designed and developed, not to mention entire golf course country clubs facilities.
These projects vary in construction type, occupancy group, square footage, and number of stories. Construction types include Type I, II, III, and V and in both rated and non rated classifications. Some include basements from 40,000 to 70,000 square feet used for parking, service, and parts storage. The height of these structures range from 1 story to 4 stories above a basement. Structural systems are from simple wood construction to more complex structural steel and elevated post tension concrete decks. Mechanical systems include typical split systems and package units to sophisticated chiller and boiler systems that offer the client any level of control they desire.
Every project is a new opportunity and is approached with the idea of incorporating what has been learned in the past with new ideas and concepts that lead to innovative solutions and cost effective construction with extremely well planned design.
